If you’re looking for a perfectly cooked steak in Pattaya, Harlan’s won’t disappoint. I had the Striploin Steak—grilled just right, with a beautiful char on the outside and juicy tenderness inside. You can taste the quality of the beef, and it’s clear the chef respects the ingredients.I love that the kitchen is open. Watching the chef work adds to the experience—you see the care in every step. The mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy, and the peppercorn sauce balanced the steak perfectly.Service was excellent. Maybe a little too attentive at times, but always polite and professional.For anyone serious about steak, Harlan’s Pattaya is a place worth returning to. I definitely will.

The food is delicious, the service staff is very good, the owner and chef are very friendly. Very impressed. Give 5 stars. Next time I will go again. And there will continue to be next time.

Delicious food every time. Harlan and staff pay attention to every detail and consistently deliver top tier eats. The only downside is they have gotten popular so you have to book tables a few days in advance. Ribeye is hands down the best in Pattaya

Steak was good side dish just ordinary side not worth the price.Salad was very nice, quite small portion.Shrimp taco a little bit salty but delicious.Shrimp spaghetti was salty, I told the staff and they change a new one but still salty.The point is the staff lady should check if the 2nd dish of spagethhi is still salty before give it to me but she didn’t check and its turned out to be the same. Too salty that I cant continue eating. The staff lady said the pasta sauce is already made for that day so what is the point of making a new one because they will use the same pasta sauce ? 😖The service was very nice but too crowded the staff lady told me that I can only have 1.5 hr to eat before the next guest come 🤨

I have been to Harlan’s three times. Each time it has been very enjoyable. Easily my favourite restaurant in Pattaya. I’ve had the vodka pasta with shrimp twice and it is amazing. This time i had the tasting menu, on this evening it came with; beef tartare, crab cakes, prawns with the picanha as the main. The meal was prepared with excellence. I highly recommend.

Finally made it to Harlan’s last night after hearing so much about the place. It was an amazing evening with the delicious tasting menu which was served from Chef Harlan hands and explaining to us in details what composed the dish… The whole staff were very attentive to all our needs and refilling our wine glasses before we get thirsty!!! As we arrived, we got out of the taxi and the 2 doors of the restaurant were opening for us with a very warm welcome. 🙏Merci beaucoup Chef and to the whole team, I will be back and also looking forward to enjoy the Sunday brunch!Michel
